The SGX is well recieved by Pc Pro

Pc Pro give the Skycaddie SGX the thumbs up, in fact they call it the “daddy of all golf GPS gadgets.”

Here are some of the highlights from their review.

• Gives an uncanny bird’s-eye view of the course.
• Check the perfect length to the apex of a dogleg.
• Bring up a quick-list of distances to every hazard on a hole.
• Only once in three rounds did the SkyCaddie drastically misjudge a distance.

Skygolf appear to be raising their game in the race to become numero uno in the golf GPS market. It was announced earlier this week that they have added Wi-Fi capabilities to their prized asset the SGX.  This new “range view” feature supposedly  achieves greater accuracy than a laser range finder without the need to point and shoot and supplies more information faster than anything on the market.

Will this help the SGX overtake Garmin to the reach the promised land?

Maybe, but Garmin are launching their new baby- the Garmin Approach G6; which promises to be everything the G3 is and a whole lot more.
